We are looking for you as an Application & Integration Engineer. In this role, you will be a part of Operational Technology (OT) is a function within Global Engineering to support the production of diagnostic units for our patients. Our global team provides the integration between manufacturing and the enterprise with systems including MES, SAP, lab systems, and cybersecurity; from development to support to lifecycle management.
The Opportunity
In collaboration with IT and business partners, monitor and improve stakeholder and user experience to maximize utilization of OT applications and systems. Analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Gather user requirements process steps and translating them to system requirements.
Assist in delivering internally and externally built systems.
Provide technical support for OT applications to end users and key business users. (On-call-support, including regular intervals outside of regular working hours).
Work independently to learn and investigate solutions; while also capable of collaborating and learning from other team members.
Work in local and global projects in the area of OT applications.
Exchange technical information with employees at other locations and form a network.
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.
You have 5+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of IT/OT solutions, networking, firewalls, databases, PLC (Program logic controller) and PLC integration with Manufacturing information systems.
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) , SCADA and Rockwell products like FactoryTalk (AssetCenter, Metrics and Data Historian), Data transfer protocol like OPC UA.
You have hands on experience with SQL programming language.
You influence with knowledge of manufacturing process design, preferably with special purpose processes. You are familiar with SDLC, GMP, and incident management.
You use a detailed and analytically minded approach to problem solving.
You can explain technical requirements and solutions to a broad range of stakeholders
You carry out assigned tasks independently, autonomously and conscientiously with a high degree of customer/service orientation
You can communicate at different stakeholder levels.

You are based in Indianapolis.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is between $83,300 and $154,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
