The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.

We are seeking an AIDM (Application Integration & Data Migration) Business Analyst to support the U.S. Air Force’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modernization program. In this role, you will work directly with Air Force stakeholders and Agile Product Teams (APTs) to capture, refine, and validate requirements for system integrations and data migration. You will ensure that legacy HR data from systems such as MilPDS, COMPASS, and AFRISS is accurately mapped and migrated into Fusion HCM, and that integrations are designed to meet mission needs with full auditability.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Air Force HR and technical stakeholders to capture integration and data migration requirements.

Decompose epics and features into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Define functional mappings from legacy HR systems (MilPDS, COMPASS, AFRISS) to Fusion Cloud HCM objects.

Support the design and validation of integration patterns (HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/PGP file-based interfaces).

Ensure data migration scenarios cover Accessions, Assignments, Orders, pay/benefits, and talent history.

Collaborate with developers and testers to validate mock conversion loads and incremental migration waves.

Facilitate backlog grooming and UAT for AIDM-related features.

Produce and maintain business analysis artifacts: mapping specifications, storyboards, requirements traceability.

Qualifications:

BA/BS + 3 YRS

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM or ERP system integrations and data migrations.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures and legacy HR systems (EBS HRMS, PeopleSoft, or equivalent).

Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into epics, features, and user stories.

Familiarity with DoD HR processes and data compliance requirements.

Desired:

Prior experience supporting Air Force HRIT or DoD integration/migration programs.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Core HR, Integration, or Data Migration).

Agile/SAFe certification (SAFe Practitioner, PO/PM, or equivalent).
