In this role, you will support the implementation of our innovative solutions for clients partners ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while gaining valuable exposure to our technology stack and project management processes. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide expertise to incident, problem management, change, release and configuration management according to ITSM + Accountability of services tasks - delegating and direct responsibility for business-critical ones and escalations + Ensure operational stability and effectiveness of IT systems through appropriate application management, monitoring and support. + Familiar with configuration, adaptation, scripting and testing expertise to maintain and enhance solutions according to business needs. + Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base **Job Requirements:** + Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Solution integration using API’s and integration frameworks. + Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Microservices, NodeJS. + Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL scripting or Shell scripting + ServiceNow or Salesforce platform experience + Develop, test, and deploy API integrations and data migration components. + Assist in the integration and deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements + Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document client specifications and project requirements **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
