In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Application Engineers across Romania and India; Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused technical excellence; Monitor, report, and manage critical metrics to ensure delivery meets quality, time, and budget expectations; Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification for seamless project execution; Play the role of the technical point of contact for crucial customers and internal team members; Oversee the creation of technical documentation including BOMs, wiring diagrams, enclosure layouts, and ATEX compliance files; Promote innovation and efficiency within the team by challenging existing processes and encouraging improvement initiatives; Identify challenges and opportunities proactively and act with initiative to solve problems and drive team performance; Define strategic goals, monitor progress, and support ongoing professional development of team members.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or a related field; Proven experience in electrical or application engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; In-depth understanding of hazardous area equipment and ATEX/IECEx requirements; Practical experience designing and delivering electrical solutions like switch racks and junction boxes; Solid knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and component integration; Proficiency with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent CAD tools; Experience with ATEX/IECEx documentation and certification processes; Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus); Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities; Ability to lead in a multicultural, globally distributed team environment; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
