What you'll do

Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud-native, distributed microservice architectures.

Deliver solutions for complex business problems following SDLC best practices.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, simplifying complex problems and diving deep when necessary.

Build and manage strong technical teams that deliver scalable software solutions.

Manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers, project managers, and scrum masters.

Provide deep troubleshooting skills and lead under pressure to solve production issues.

Leverage strong experience in full-stack software development and public clouds (GCP, AWS).

Mentor, coach, and develop junior and senior engineers.

Lead with a data/metrics-driven mindset to optimize solutions.

Ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and meet KPIs.

Define, maintain, and report SLA, SLO, SLIs.

Collaborate on strategic technical direction, guidelines, and best practices.

Drive up-to-date technical documentation.

Actively participate in Sprint planning and retrospectives.

Make implementation architecture decisions for product features, refactoring, and EOSL.

Create and deliver clear and concise technical presentations to various stakeholders.

What experience you need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.

7+ years experience with Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS 

7+ years of cloud technology (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions.

7+ years experience designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, AWS SDKs, EKS/GKE/Kubernetes.

7+ years experience deploying software using Jenkins CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Helm Charts, Terraform).
