Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role:** Individual will be working as Application Engineer with more emphasis on to Chiller selection, ETO support. **Role Responsibilities:** + Good understanding of various types of chillers and their applications, features & applicable standards. + Responsible for meeting Application Engineering requirements for Chillers covering Enquiry Quotation process, technical selections, compliance statements & Technical submittals. + To be able to read the enquiry in detail, understand, check the project details, schedules and prepare proper technical selections by offering suitable solutions and helping customers choose Carrier chillers for their projects. + He/She shall be responsible for making sure that all the inquiries received are being responded on time as per assigned KPI with right type of equipment selection. + Follow up with Customer/ sales for getting more information on Chiller requirement, address nonstandard requirement with close coordination with R&D Center/Manufacturing location. + Update his/her knowledge with the latest catalogs, presentation and software. + Technical activities involves analysing technical requirements of the projects, render technical guidance to the Sales Engineers, prepare technical selections meeting the schedules and project specifications, comparison tables using the latest product data catalogues, technical literature, bulletins, software for customers on daily basis. + To constantly being in touch with Sales Team discussing project requirements on assigned tasks and update the database with Project status. + To ensure smooth information flow between Sales, and R&D/Manufacturing location. + Monthly reporting for pending number & the completed number of tasks before closing ensuring the KPIs are met and exceeded. **Role Purpose:** + Chiller application Engineering for Data Center requirement. + Technical compliance, addressing nonstandard requirements + Knowledge on chiller Testing & troubleshooting **Minimum Requirements:** + BE/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent) + **At least 8-10 years of experience working in the HVAC Industry in the Chiller Design or application engineering domain.** + Testing & troubleshooting **Benefits:** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave. + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. + Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme. **Our commitment to you:** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
