Responsibilities + Lead technical sales engineering and product commercialization efforts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful product launches. + Develop advanced coatings, adhesives, and films, including thermal protection systems. + Take products from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements. Essential Skills + Expertise in materials science and R&D. + Experience in product development and applications engineering. + Ability to provide technical support and manage projects effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + BS, MS, or PhD in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering. + 7-10 years of experience in R&D and product development. + Experience with coatings, adhesives, films, and related materials.
