ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for product selection assistance based on customer specified requirements.Communicate professionally via telephone, E-mail, remote connection, and occasionally in person.Interprets customer needs and aids the customer in defining technical and commercial requirements.Design and develop software features for the product, participate in software implementation and testing, debugging and defect resolutionWorks with field sales (outside sales) to manage assigned accounts for product direction, profitability, growth, and attaining sales objectives.
