In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Function as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering). Cultivate effective customer and sales channel relationships while partnering with stakeholders. Provide technical assistance to the sales channel concerning product applicability and installation practices. Support with sizing/selection, list price generation, and optimized margin. Analyze common product problems and communicate solutions. Evaluate engineered to order (ETO) and made to order (MTO) solutions including quotation submittal and quoted price point. Develop and conduct various product training to the sales channel, employees, and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote a shared consciousness.Who You Are:
