Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
New business award. Work with sales to attach new business. Provide suitable technical solution to meet new project requirement.Project development. Lead of project production development on technical side. Including design release, DV/PV validation. Failure analysis.Focus on customer. Communication with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, test, etc.Support other departments from engineering sideSupport R&D projects and design improvement. Release the new drawing or new design in system.Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guideline in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical or engine preferred)5+ yrs automotive engine components experience preferred.Experience in the automotive industry preferred.Understanding of engine operating principles and some fundamental knowledge of electronics.Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Good communication skill preferred.Proficient with Microsoft office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Fair in written and spoken EnglishActive manner to learn about Engine Emissions Control ProductsInternal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
