Our team is committed to building a global community of passionate, dedicated people who are trusted, celebrated, rewarded and empowered to solve the world's most complex problems - for our customers, our communities, and the planet. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Review customer’s inquiry for application requirements and commercial terms and conditions. + Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries, in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms and conditions and sales policies and procedures. + Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, discounts, terms and conditions, part numbers and prepare for order entry. + Respond to all customer requests for sales order status, expedited emergency shipment of parts and service kits, Documentation, operating and maintenance + instructions, drawings, and bills of materials. + Document customer complaints + Document returned materials. + Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service. + Provide customer assistance via phone or e-mail. **Who You Are:** Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
