Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product strategy, roadmaps, impact metrics, gather requirements and provide solutions, support and maintain Anaplan Application that achieves desired business outcomes 2. Architect and build robust, scalable Anaplan models to support sales forecasting, quota and territory planning, incentive compensation calculations, and marketing performance management at global scale and ensure Anaplan models align with business needs and Meta’s data architecture 3. Develop and maintain integrations between Anaplan and internal data sources (CRM systems, data warehouses, etc.), ensuring a seamless flow of accurate data for end-to-end sales planning automation and a single source of truth for decision-making 4. Implement Anaplan modeling standards and best practices to optimize model performance and maintain data integrity. Continuously tune and refactor models for efficiency and scale 5. Ensure application stability, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards 6. Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation 7. Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to resolve issues 8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 14. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and scaling Anaplan models in a production environment 15. Experience integrating Anaplan with other systems and data sources (using APIs, ETL processes, or Anaplan Connect), ensuring reliable data exchange and synchronization 16. Proficiency in data integration and scripting tools (e.g. Python, ETL platforms) and familiarity with databases/SQL to manipulate and analyze data used in Anaplan 17. Self-starter with capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment 18. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams, driving end-to-end execution from requirements gathering to deployment 19.
