Job Responsibilities: What you will do

With close guidance and direction, incumbents participate in the development of applications or web designs by learning end-user needs, writing code and documenting processes as needed.

Perform program coding, testing, development and documentation activities for programs of average complexity as guided by senior developers and/or leadership.Participate in integration, training and implementation activities as defined by supervisor.Interact with users to gain clarity on objectives and operating procedures.Review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to gain understanding of project scope, complexity, code changes and clarify expectations.Learn and follow change control protocol.Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

Previous experience in programming preferred.Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must be willing to learn and apply knowledge to assigned projects.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately.Must be able to multi-task.Must be able to collaborate with others.
