SUMMARY:

As a Software Engineering Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering software and platform services to our internal clients. You will be a leader in a team of talented software engineers, helping maintain and enhance our capabilities. You will collaborate closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure that our services meet our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for guiding the strategy, culture, and coding best practices within the team. 
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Be a leader in designing, developing, and deploying applications to cloud and on-prem environmentsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and developmentWork on technical documents, code, and deploymentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with technology, product, and business stakeholdersAsses technical debt and risk and work with stakeholders to balance the workloadTake ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline constraintsAct as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutionsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback 
 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

11+ years of relevant engineering experienceExperience working in a Healthcare Organization6+ years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs (preferably ASP.NET)6+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular)Experience working with Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent)Experience working in a Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, etc.)Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins)Logging tools (Splunk, Kafka, New Relic)Data visualization libraries / tools (Fusion Charts, HighCharts, Plotly, Tableau)Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills5+yrs exp into Angular (version 17 & above)6+ yrs .NETAny cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)4yrs exp in SQL, CI/CDStakeholder managementGeneral shiftHealthcare domain preferred
