Application Developer with Cloud Integration
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer with Cloud Integration opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Description: An Application Developer with expertise in Cloud Integration is responsible for creating and maintaining integration applications for cloud migrations and support. This individual has hands-on experience with various cloud integration and containerization tools, including App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, and Workato. The role requires a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot integration solutions in a cloud environment. Duties: Develop, test, and maintain cloud-based integration solutions. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to design scalable integration frameworks. Support cloud migration projects by implementing integration patterns and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud integrations, APIs, and containerized services. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and reliability requirements. Document integration designs, processes, and best practices. Provide production support and enhancements for existing integrations. Skills: Proficiency in cloud integration tools such as App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, or Workato. Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Experience: 5+ years of application development experience with a focus on integration. 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud integration projects. Experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Background in designing and implementing APIs and microservices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
