Job Description
We’re seeking a mid-level Chatbot Developer to join our enterprise team focused on delivering intelligent, omnichannel customer support experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of conversational design and backend engineering, building scalable, high-performing chatbot solutions using AWS services like Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Connect. Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for intent fulfillment
Integrate chatbot workflows with backend systems and APIs
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of chatbot services
Manage deployments and monitor health using CloudWatch
Collaborate with UX and product teams to apply design thinking to conversational flows
Build and maintain omnichannel chatbot experiences across voice, chat, and other customer touchpoints using AWS Connect and Lex
Troubleshoot issues across the AWS stack and continuously improve system resilience
Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in chatbot development or backend engineering
Strong proficiency inNode.js and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with AWS Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Connect
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ownership and curiosity in solving technical challenges
Experience working in enterprise environments is a plus
