**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer–Cloud Integration opening for our client in Dallas, TX.** **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet P8 environments + Onboard new customers to the ECM platform + Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues involving ICC, CCN, KOFAX, and related tools + Administer and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server + Support migration projects and assist in solution design + Ensure remediation of platform vulnerabilities and maintain security compliance **Skills:** + Expert-level knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 and the IBM ECM Suite (ICC, Case Manager, CCN, Datacap, KOFAX) + Proficiency in installation, configuration, migration, and in-place upgrades of ECM environments + Strong experience in WebSphere administration and security remediation + Familiarity with Data Router setup and secure FTP configurations + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities + Clear and thorough documentation and communication skills **Experience:** + 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 + Proven background in ECM platform operations and customer onboarding + Experience working under pressure in a dynamic technical environment **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
