Application Developer

**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer opening for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 4 months
**Duties:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain application integrations to support cloud migration and ongoing operations.
+ Build and deploy integration solutions leveraging industry-standard tools such as App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, and Workato.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud-based integration environments.
+ Support performance optimization, monitoring, and security of integration services.
+ Provide technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer to team members.
**Skills:**
+ Strong knowledge of cloud integration platforms, containerization, and APIs.
+ Hands-on experience with one or more integration tools: App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, Workato.
+ Proficiency in developing and managing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
+ Solid understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
+ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
**Experience:**
+ 5+ years of application development experience with a focus on integrations.
+ 3+ years of experience in cloud-based integration environments.
+ Prior experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
