This role will lead the development of complex functionalities and support the implementation of best practices. Responsibilities: * Development and Customization: Design, develop, and test custom components using APEX, Omnistudio, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Apply OOP programming principles. * Salesforce Industries Implementation: Build solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) in a telecommunications context, adapting them to specific business requirements. * Code Quality Management: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, following development best practices and design patterns. * Systems Integration: Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (Mulesoft, Integration Procedures, APIs, middleware, and event management tools). * Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. * Solution Design: Assist in the functional and technical design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural patterns. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Industries, including the implementation of solutions in the telecommunications sector. * Salesforce Core Developer Skills: o APEX o SOSL, SOQL o VisualForce, Aura, Angular o LWC + ( HTML5, JS, CSS, XML) o Custom Settings o Custom Metadata o Named Credentials o Connected apps y external connected apps o Trigger Patterns · Salesforce Core Admin: o FLOW Builder o Lightning App builder o Approval Process o Profiles, Permission Sets o Roles, WorkTeam. o Security layers (Field Security, Sharing Rules) o Platform Eevents Salesforce Clouds o Service Cloud o Field Services o Mulesoft · **Preferred technical and professional experience** o Omniscripts o DataMappers (DataRaptors) o Integration Procedures o FlexCards.
