Job Purpose

Grow and sustain our MOM business in China, especially in the Life Science Industry.

Key Responsibilities

DOOutcome-Based consulting skills. Understand customer's pain points and benefits they may have from our advices and solutions.Always close to the market and eco-system. Provide competitive market intelligence to the department.Be familiar with company products and solutions.Lead presales activities (customer workshops/ proposal / bidding /order entry etc.)Implement the global/ country growth programs in the region to create new sales opportunitiesGood collaboration with account managers, industry sales , software sales, and delivery team.Engagement Skills with different stakeholders from both internal and external.Review the forecast and front-log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet sales targetsEmpower sales team with right MOM knowledges, sales tools and sales competencies.Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications.Smart Manufacturing and digital transformations knowledges and skills to extend traditional MOM solutions with digital technologies, such as digital twin, IIOT, and AI.OverseeProject implementation qualityProject result summary as case study

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested.MES technical background and project experiences are must.At least 5 year's technical/consulting experience.
