Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** a) At least 7-8 years of data analysis project experience related to data analysis in /commerce/channel/customer/supply chain domain for FMCG or Beauty industry b) Functional SME of a specific data domain including business engagement on requirements gathering, analysis and functional documentation (BRD, FRD) c) Guide teams on translating functional needs to technical designs, test cases d) Review engineering outputs including blackbox testing and other artefacts e) Test strategy, plans and cases for both functional & non-functional requirements f) Lead SIT, UAT and data reconciliation tasks along with business g) Blackbox testing, baselining and benchmarking of Power BI dashboards or apps built **Required technical and professional expertise** Business skills: solid FMCG or retail industry background and rich data analysis project experience Tech skills: SQL must, Python BigQuery and Power BI is a plus Language skills: Fluent English Soft skills: task ownership, outstanding communication skills, result-oriented and diligent **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
