**Introduction** In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership and add value through your expertise in AWS architecture design and event orchestration with Temporal.IO, supporting development teams within IBM Mexico’s Client Innovation Center. You will lead AWS architectural initiatives for our clients, driving impactful and effective technology modernization efforts. **Your role and responsibilities** You will lead AWS architectural initiatives for our clients, driving impactful and effective technology modernization efforts. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience with AWS, demonstrating proficiency across a broad range of services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation). * Hands-on experience with AWS migration services (e.g., AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), Cloud Migration Factory, portfolio analysis tools) and managing large-scale data center-to-cloud or data center-to-data center migrations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting, and notification operations. * Experience integrating AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q), with understanding of AI/ML governance and responsible AI practices. * Proven experience defining architectures with event orchestration using Temporal.IO, including parameter definition and tool configuration. * AWS professional-level certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional). * Strong background in automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python, CDK, Shell, Ruby, PowerShell). * Solid understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to client needs. * Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. * Serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies. * Share knowledge across the organization through mentoring, training, and reusable assets. * English B2 * Temporal.io experience IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
