Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring seamless system operations, and assisting users with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent user support.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Management or three (3) years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in IT application management. Should be well-organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities.Effectively troubleshoots, replicates and develops workarounds for client issues.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions.

Preferred:

Application management/admin experience is preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-time, Day

Essential Functions:

Perform routine maintenance, updates and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of applications.Manage and monitor data interfaces and file transfers between systems, ensuring accuracy and security.Response to and resolve service desk tickets related to application issues in a timely manner.Provide second-tier support for users including installation and troubleshooting of applications such as nVision.Assist in archiving and decommissioning legacy systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance.Work closely with admin teams and application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications.
