Job DescriptionResolving requests/inquiries made by customers via email, chat or SocialAchieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics)Adhering to non-disclosure agreement & data security policiesCompleting upskilling & e-courses mandated by each programAttending coaching sessions & ensure feedback is implemented100% schedule adherence, no absenteeism & positively contribute to reduce program shrinkage

QualificationsEligibility Criteria : Any full time UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA) - 2025 Passout can applyOther Additional Skills required:Excellent verbal and written English language skills.Good analytical and typing skills.Flexibility to work shifts including nights.Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office

Additional InformationWorking Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai or Bhopal.Timings: 8 Hours plus 1 Hour break, 5 or 6 days per week.Perks: Cab facilities available (within 25 Kms of office location).
