Are you mechanically inclined and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? Join Ferguson as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate and help bring comfort and convenience to homes and businesses across O’Fallon. You’ll install a variety of appliances while providing top-tier “white glove” service—and we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Deliver, install, and remove appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigeratorsEnsure appliances are damage-free, properly installed, and fully functionalProvide exceptional customer service to builders, designers, and homeownersAttend company-paid training and certification programsOperate safely using tools like stair climbers, oven lifts, and air sledsPerform driver duties as needed

✅ What You Bring

1+ years of appliance delivery and installation experience (preferred)Valid state-issued driver’s licenseMust be 21 years or olderAbility to obtain or possess a DOT Medical CardPhysically able to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionallyStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read and follow safety and installation instructions
