Job DescriptionThe Appian Data Migration Lead is responsible for architecting and executing the secure, accurate, and complete migration of legacy data into an Appian-based platform. This role includes defining transformation logic, mapping strategies, auditability methods, and ensuring ongoing data governance and reporting alignment. The Appian Data Migration Lead supports both cutover planning and long-term data lifecycle requirements in coordination with internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
BA/BS degree (computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software, or related major)Required Experience:
5+ years of technical leadership experienceAppian Certified Lead Developer or Senior DeveloperCertified Data Management Professional (CDMP)SAFe Agilist or SAFe DevOps PractitionerEffective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)Track record of leading and managing successful Appian implementationsDeep experience in developing and managing Appian workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and data models.Thorough understanding of and experience in software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologySecurity Clearance Level:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprintingThis position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions).
