Job Summary:

Design scalable Appian application architectures with a focus on integration with internal and external systems Lead and guide Appian developers and technical leads on development, architecture, and best practices Participate in and perform architecture reviews for sprint stories and ongoing development work Take ownership of complex Appian development tasks when needed Collaborate with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience Deep expertise in Appian core concepts: Records, Interfaces, Process Models, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Appian deployments Strong understanding of Appian application architecture, including both on-premise and cloud deployments Good knowledge of database concepts and working with relational databases Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced Agile environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
