Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking an Apparel Designer. Responsibilities: * Design performance and lifestyle products through practical insights, knowledge of construction, trims, and materials to produce innovative apparel that reflect the company's design ethos and philosophies * Develop concept and seasonal designs that may span across a variety of product types and multiple sports such as football, baseball, softball and including fan wear; Must be experienced in technical sportswear and performance, gender-fluid, knits, woven, tops, and bottoms * Attend fit sessions with a discerning eye to develop premier product across various levels of distribution and price-point * Collaborate and partner across design, business, materials, and categories to ideate, present, develop, and problem-solve through every step towards commercialization * Develop concepts, mock-ups, and material development * Prepare presentation materials around seasonal design narratives, toolboxes, and frameworks to communicate design-intent across styles and collections * Help support teammates across various needs * Work with cross-functional members within the company in graphic design, color design, technical design, development, costing & sourcing, and product line management
