**Overview**
We’re hiring a performance-driven **App & Paid Social Media Manager** to lead campaign activations across **App marketing** and **Paid Social** channels for one of our largest and most dynamic multi-market clients in APAC.
This is a **hands-on, activations-heavy role** —ideal for someone who’s not just strategic but also deeply involved in **setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on a day-to-day basis** . The right candidate must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across markets.
If you're an expert in either App or Social campaigns and open to learning the other, we’ll provide the necessary training and support to help you grow into a dual-channel specialist.
**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 **App Campaigns (50%)**
+ Set up and optimize app install and re-engagement campaigns (Google UAC, Meta App Ads, etc.)
+ Manage daily performance across installs, in-app events, and re-engagement KPIs
+ Execute A/B tests and troubleshoot delivery or pacing issues
+ Collaborate with analytics and creative teams for campaign insights and refinements
🔹 **Paid social media (50%)**
+ Activate and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
+ Handle campaign setup, audience segmentation, pacing, and real-time optimizations
+ Work with market teams to tailor campaigns by audience, platform, and regional nuances
+ Stay updated on platform innovations, new ad formats, and testing opportunities
**Qualifications**
+ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in campaign activations, with strong familiarity in platform interfaces
+ Experience in either App campaigns or Paid Social Media and openness to learning the other through on-the-job training
+ Strong understanding of campaign objectives, tracking (MMPs for apps), and performance metrics
+ Experience running campaigns across multiple APAC markets
+ Great coordination and communication skills across cross-functional and regional teams
+ Team player with a proactive attitude and an eye for performance
