We're dedicated to providing compassionate care and building strong partnerships with our patients. You'll receive clinical training and support from an incredibly collegial team that works together to help our community stay healthy. **Position Details:** + **Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours/week (32 clinical, 8 administrative). + **Work-life Balance:** Enjoy a focus on quality care, with no after-hours or weekend call. + **Team-Based Environment:** You'll be part of a team that includes 3 MDs, 5 NPs, 1 RN, 2 LPNs, and 5 MAs. + **Patient Care:** See a diverse patient population, from newborns to geriatrics, with an average of 12+ patients per day. + **Onsite Resources:** Our clinic has an onsite lab, on-site x-ray and a behavioral health specialist. + **Personalized Space:** You'll have your own dedicated office space. **Qualifications:** + Graduate of an accredited Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant program. + Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts. + DEA and MCSR certification. + Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred.
