We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Physician Assistant to support one of our Internal Medicine offices located at 173 Worcester St, MA. Weekly schedules consist of 32 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 8 hours of administrative time.
Clinic operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is flexibility in how the Clinical and Admin time is structured—it may be taken as one full day or split into two half-days, depending on operational needs and mutual agreement.
Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.
Job Summary
The APP will support the practices panel of patients enhancing practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while also providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments, while carrying a panel of patients.
