ADP is hiring an API Governance specialist for our Marketplace ESI team.
The API Governance specialist will be part of the new Marketplace ESI HUB in Tunis.

Marketplace ESI started November 2019, and has been growing from Start-up to a Scale-up business. This requires team members who are demonstrating the willingness to learn, have a can-do mentality, are eager to get their hands dirty-feet wet, are flexible and agile.
The basic of all Marketplace integrations are APIs. We are building the future of seamless integrations powering HR ecosystems through API connectivity.
Marketplace has established an API governance program across ESI ensuring all APIs, developed by systems connected to Marketplace are consistent, compliant, reusable and according to ADP’s Enterprise Architecture specifications.
As part of our API Governance team, you’ll be in the heart of this journey, playing a critical role in guiding internal teams, shaping implementation standards, and ensuring the readiness of ADP APIs connecting our platforms to the world. WHAT YOU WILL DO
The API Governance specialist will interact with both internal teams and external clients and partners
Advise and guide ADP R&D teams on API development and priorities Liaise with Enterprise Architecture on new API requirements and API related questions Understand Integration use cases and provide consultancy to clients and partners Follow-up on API readiness of ADP Systems Validate, control and report on API development quality and business readiness Track API development progress and alert accordingly Maintain leadership expertise on current technology, trends, and practices in API management and security. Contribute to the API automated testing process and tool Support product management Bridge between functional integration usecases and technical API designQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Experience working in a client service/customer service environment. Proficient in data structures, …., …. architecture Knowledge of Integration and data migration is a plus. Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands. Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the partners and as part of a team to accomplish tasks. Experience to work in an international organization with both remote and onsite colleagues Strong partner relationship skills include the ability to influence partners and guide them to the best solution to help resolve their client needs. Fluent in English – any other language is a plus Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards. Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level. Data architecture mindset to address API future change requests Proactive Jira Quick learner, open mindset, eager to learn, team player, naturally curious. Self-starter, quick and eager learner.
