Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience.
• Assist in implementing process optimization initiatives.
• Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
• Provide input and support to senior team members in process improvement projects.
• Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
• Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay informed about emerging industry trends related to customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
• Experience in business data analysis and reporting
• Proficiencies in data visualization and reporting
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Tableau Desktop Specialist) a plus
