We are currently seeking a Treasury Manager! 

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Treasury Manager to lead and enhance the treasury operations of our fast-paced property management organization. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily cash operations, strengthening banking relationships, driving forecasting accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and supporting treasury process improvements. This role will also serve as a critical partner to finance, accounting, and operations teams to support growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

Leadership & Strategy

Lead the day-to-day operations of the treasury function and mentor staff. Partner with senior finance leadership to assess liquidity strategy and capital allocation priorities. Contribute to strategic decision-making through analysis of cash flow trends, investment opportunities, and risk management.

Cash Management

Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity across all corporate and property accounts. Manage funding strategies to support vendor payments, payroll, debt service, and capital expenditures. Direct paydown of debt with surplus cash and monitor returns of investments.

Banking and Treasury Operations

Manage interactions with banking partners for account structures, service optimization, and ongoing relationship development. Coordinate and administer bank account setups and closures across managed properties Drive improvements in banking platform access, signatory management, and bank account documentation (e.g., KYC). Analyze banking fees and service terms to ensure cost-effective treasury operations.

Forecasting & Reporting

Support preparation and continuous improvement of monthly cash flow forecasts. Analyze variance between actual and forecasted results. Build and maintain treasury dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.

Compliance & Controls

Manage and track debt schedules, loan payments, interest accruals, and escrow balances.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience; property management or real estate industry experience strongly preferred. Proven experience leading treasury operations, and banking relationships.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Experienced in navigating and utilizing online banking platforms. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 per year
