We are currently seeking a full time Director of Technology Enablement

As our Sr. Manager, Technology Enablement, you will be a key leader in our technology initiatives, strategically bridging the gap between business needs, technical execution, and external partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring its deep alignment with stakeholder expectations, and driving complex projects to successful completion through exceptional communication, collaboration, and your extensive experience in client-facing roles. This senior-level position requires a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude, proven project management expertise, and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Serve as a senior point of contact and strategic partner for both internal executive stakeholders (e.g., operations leadership, support leadership, executive team) and external strategic partners (e.g., key vendors, integration partners). Proactively manage expectations at a senior level, facilitate high-level communication, and ensure deep alignment on overarching product vision and strategic project goals. Product Roadmap Leadership & Communication: Lead the development, maintenance, and prioritization of the product roadmap for our custom property management system, with a focus on long-term strategic alignment. Proactively communicate the roadmap, executive-level progress updates, and potential strategic roadblocks through clear, concise, and impactful reporting and presentations tailored for senior audiences. Advanced Requirements Elicitation & Strategic Analysis: Leverage your deep understanding of business drivers and client needs to go far beyond surface-level requests, anticipating future requirements and strategic opportunities. Lead collaborative efforts with senior stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear and actionable strategic initiatives, user stories, and technical specifications. Senior-Level Project & Program Management: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs related to the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within strategic objectives. This includes defining strategic project scope, long-term timelines, and resource allocation, as well as proactively identifying and mitigating strategic risks and dependencies. Exceptional Communication & Senior-Level Conflict Resolution: Foster open, strategic, and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Proactively address and resolve complex conflicts at a senior level, facilitating productive strategic discussions to reach mutually beneficial and forward-thinking solutions. Strategic Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with engineering leadership, design leadership, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless strategic execution of the product roadmap. Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in client service or client-facing roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and relationship management. 7+ year of progressive experience in a related role, such as Product Owner, Program Manager, or Business Analyst within a technical environment Proven ability to effectively coordinate with and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical, internal and external, including executive leadership. Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic product roadmaps and communicating progress to executive-level audiences. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex strategic information clearly and concisely to senior leadership. Proven ability to resolve complex conflicts and negotiate effectively at a senior level. Deep ability to analyze and understand complex business requirements and translate them into strategic and actionable plans. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, scaling frameworks, and experience with enterprise-level software implementations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems) or equivalent senior-level experience.

Compensation: Full- Time $100,000 to $160,000 per year
