What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

Respond to service requests and complete repairs quickly and professionallyKeep the community clean, safe, and functioning at its bestPrepare apartments for new residents (repairs, general maintenance, etc.)Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the roadAssist in tracking supplies and overseeing contractor workCommunicate with the maintenance supervisor and property managementParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (nights/weekends as needed)

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experienceStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented and organizedEPA certification is preferred, but not requiredValid driver’s license + reliable transportationAbility to work rotating after-hours supportPhysically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
