What You’ll Do as an Apartment Cleaner:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, lobbies, and clubhouse floors.Dust and wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and furniture in common areas.Empty trash cans and replace liners in designated areas.Restock supplies in bathrooms and the clubhouse as needed (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).Spot clean walls, windows, and glass doors.Maintain outdoor entryways to keep them free of trash, debris, and dirt.Safely operate a company golf cart to transport cleaning supplies and equipment.Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.Follow cleaning schedules and maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.Ensure all cleaning is completed in a timely and professional manner.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.Good communication skills and a professional attitude.Comfortable and responsible in operating a company golf cart.

Work Environment:

Indoor and occasional outdoor work.May require evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts depending on property needs.
