We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Install, configure and manage middleware components including Apache Tomcat, oracle WebLogic, NGINX, and related technologies in both cloud and on-prem environments. Monitor and tune middleware performance, identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues to ensure high availability and optimal throughput. Deploy and manage enterprise applications on middleware platforms, coordinating with development and global infrastructure teams. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents and performance issues across the middleware layer. Maintain and support SSL/TLS certificates, reverse proxies, load balancers, and secure configurations in line with security best practicesImplement and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc) for deployment, monitoring and configuration management. Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-a-code for middleware deployments. Work Closely with application teams to design hosting architectures that align with non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, security). Maintain detailed runbooks, deployment documentation and changes logs for all middleware environments. Participate in and support disaster recovery (DR) testing, patching upgrades and backup/restore procedures. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including change, incident, and problem management workflows. Provide on-call support for critical issues and participate in a shared L2/L3 rotation. Evaluate and implement new middleware tools and technologies as part of continuous improvement and modernization efforts. Proactively manage log and monitoring integrations (e.g. with Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus) for observability and alerting. Represent the middleware function in technical forums, architecture reviews and project planning meetings.
