APAC Strategic Procurement Director

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Provide strategic leadership for APAC procurement functions, including Direct Procurement, Indirect Category Management, and Procurement Engineering.
• Collaborate with global functional leaders to shape procurement strategies and ensure seamless execution within the APAC region.
• Drive key global and regional initiatives such as cost management, strategic sourcing, supplier resilience, and quality improvement to support company objectives.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with executives from strategic and global suppliers within the APAC region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the APAC procurement team to achieve business results while fostering career growth and team engagement.

A strong leader capable of aligning global strategies with regional execution, driving collaboration across local and global teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through well-defined goals.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or Engineering.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
• Deep expertise in supplier relationship management, supplier development, and supplier risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across multiple levels and geographies.
