Job Description Summary

About the Role
As the Regional IFM Lead, you’ll be the strategic liaison between the client and internal delivery teams. You will ensure that operations across the region are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. Your role will span financial oversight, risk and compliance, stakeholder engagement, vendor performance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of facilities management services across multiple APAC sites.

Oversee operations, including engineering, safety, sustainability, and maintenance.

Ensure all facilities meet compliance, quality, and safety standards.

Develop and implement strategies for service excellence and operational improvement.

Drive vendor performance, contract management, and procurement best practices.

Prepare and present reporting on financials, KPIs, incidents, and business reviews.

Lead and mentor a team of FM professionals, focusing on performance, development, and engagement.

Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Actively contribute to the broader IFM and GOS leadership teams across the region.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related industry, ideally across APAC.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with a people-first mindset.

A degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and driving performance metrics.

Deep understanding of technical operations and building systems.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to travel internationally as required.
