Manage and provide oversight of regional JLL YB occupancy planning team. Primary regional point of contact relationship manager to Customer and GREF teams. Works in conjunction with BB stakeholders and regional Portfolio Strategy lead on execution of occupancy planning strategy and program that supports Amazon’s ongoing space and occupancy business needs.

Regional OP Staffing and budget managementConsistent, quality regional delivery of servicesCustomer Engagement and escalation point for regional OPParticipate in regional portfolio strategy and management meetings bringing occupancyinsights and opportunitiesRegular engagement with Area Portfolio leaders and gather the customer insightsRegional performance management, development, and succession planningRegional business reviews, KPI’s, and occupancy reporting needsOversight of occupancy strategy development and implementation in regional portfolioDrive regional execution of program delivery that support global initiatives and processesPartner with Global S&P and GBP team to ensure regional portfolio data accuracy used in GREF.Skills & Competencies:
15+ years’ experience in corporate real estate environment and portfolio planning at a strategic levelUnderstanding of occupancy planning, activity-based working, change management, and utilization tracking and how it relates to planningExperience with end-to-end integration with other functional teamsUtilize technology and software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with occupancy planning team and lines of businessesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in ExcelInquisitive, proactive and innovative with solutions for your stakeholdersExcellent communication skills –both written and spokenAbility to manage your time and team’s to meet deadlines and KPIsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level clients.Location:
