APAC HR Services Hub Associate

Focusing primarily on users that use Traditional Chinese as their first language, the APAC HR Services Hub Associate will be responsible for delivering a variety of HR transactional services to employees, managers and the HR community across APAC region. Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries and requests through HR ServiceNow, you will ensure the end-to-end employee lifecycle is supported in an efficient, effective, and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate related logistics for internal recruiters, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and internal/external candidates for all recruitment activities across APAC regionEnsure clear communication of interview logistics to interviewers and interviewees in a timely and professional mannerMaintain proactive communications with recruiters, recruitment agencies and hiring managers throughout the interview scheduling process, and escalate any issues timely and appropriatelyProvide efficient and solution-focused support with any interview scheduling changesResolve enquiries and process operational requests within service level agreement in other areas of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This includes but not limited to non-interview related recruitment activities (e.g. background checks, offer letter generation, etc.), onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits administration, time & labor, absence, and overall employee data management in Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNowWork closely with the knowledge management representatives for Traditional Chinese to actively review the effectiveness of existing knowledge articles, and provide inputs on how to continuously improve information availability, and enhance operational efficiency and service qualityAdhere to established HR processes and procedures to ensure services are delivered in an accurate and consistent mannerEscalate complex issues to manager or a designated subject matter expert timely and appropriatelyLeverage Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNow capabilities to drive Employee/Manager Self Service and continuous automationActively seek feedback from across the business and HR stakeholders, and contribute to transformation initiatives that continuously improve and streamline HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain or exceed service quality standardsSkills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in customer serviceExperience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or shared services will be an advantageExperience with service center technologies, HR information systems or applicant tracking systems will be an advantageProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Traditional ChineseDetail oriented with strong problem-solving skills Customer focused mindset and positive learning attitudeStrong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders cross-culturally and at different organizational levelsSuperior organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAble to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
