Description Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Compensation: Up to $110k base + Bonus + Fully Paid Benefits Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a long-standing venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team. This individual will oversee the accounts payable function across both the venture capital firm. Key Responsibilities + Supervise the accounts payable process for both the firm and family office. + Manage ACH, wire transfers, and check payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Record transactions in the ledger and maintain proper documentation. + Oversee 1099 reporting and related compliance. + Review and process physical checks as needed. + Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve AP inquiries. + Support ongoing improvements to AP systems and processes, including system implementation projects. Requirements Qualifications + 4+ years of accounts payable experience; backgrounds in family office, financial services, or professional services are highly valued. + Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. + Professionalism, dependability, and discretion in handling confidential information. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with individuals across all levels of the organization. + Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
