For our team we are looking for:
Administrator/Assistant with French
The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope companies.
The International BSC Administrators/Assistants process invoices, and other transactions for various Heidelberg Materials countries, delivering quality services efficiently.
Your Tasks:
Processing all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool (accounts payable, document validation and related);Providing timely and meaningful customer service, guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders;Ensuring all processes are run in accordance with given training and documentation, and that all controls are adhered to;Accurately working within agreed SLA’s on a right first time basis;Ensuring effective escalation for non-standard requests or issues to line management;Identify areas of inefficiency or gaps and report to line management;To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.The role holder is expected:
To comply with all aspects of the Heidelberg Materials Compliance Policy;To ensure that all the business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures and in such a way so as to prevent any fraudulent activities taking place;To comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation;To proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance;To update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and to attend training/development courses as and when required;To comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.Our requirements:
University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance;Good command of French – both written and spoken;Good command of English;Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel), experience with ERP is an advantage;Ability to learn systems;Motivated/can work in repetitive tasks;Attention to detail & data entry accuracy;Processing invoices following standard procedures;Organizational skills and ability to follow instructions and directions;Ability to work as a part of a team; Good communication skills.Workplace: Varna, Administrative office of Heidelberg Materials Bulgaria
