Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that will sit 100% onsite in Arlington, VA. This AP Specialist will be responsible for working with construction vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure that the invoice/documentation is complete and accurate. They will be responsible for processing 60+ invoices per day, and assisting with other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience handling AP functions within the construction industry. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with a large construction company that is seeing an uptick of incoming projects and is expecting to grow significantly over the next few years! Skills and Requirements 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, specifically within the construction industry Sage 300 or similar AP software experience Experience working with Contractors, Construction Vendors, Liens, etc. Ability to work onsite five days per week in Arlington, VA Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
