Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join a dynamic team in Tacoma, WA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Process and manage high-volume AP invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently. + Maintain vendor records and update payment terms as needed. + Assist with month-end close procedures and preparation of payment schedules. + Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth workflows. Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of AP experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). + Strong organizational and time-management skills.
