Company Overview:
A large Orlando-based hospitality company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and verify invoices accurately and efficiently
+ Perform 2-way and 3-way match of purchase orders and receipts
+ Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
+ Assist with month-end closing and reporting
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
+ Support the team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
+ Previous AP or accounting experience preferred
+ Ability to thrive in a high-volume processing environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
