Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure that invoices are processed and paid in accordance with company policy. This role involves resolving any problems or questions related to accounts payable.

ResponsibilitiesMatch invoices to online purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and promptly.Review invoice entries to ensure accuracy.Process and review accounts payable check runs.Collaborate with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy.Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers.Essential SkillsExperience with invoice processing and purchase orders.Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes.Familiarity with JD Edwards or Oracle.Experience in a Shared Services setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.1+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Corporate Accounting setting.1+ years of experience with an ERP system such as JDE, Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.Proficiency with basic sorting and filtering in Microsoft Excel.Work Environment

This role is based in a state-of-the-art facility in Blue Bell, PA, which includes a gym that temporary consultants have full access to. The position reports to a Senior Accounts Payable Manager within an AP team of over 30 members. The work schedule requires being onsite four days per week, with the option for remote work on Fridays. The company offers an opportunity to work for the largest landscaping services company in the US, with a Shared Services team that boasts significant longevity and a forward-thinking leadership team under a new CEO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
