Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team in the Summerville, SC area. Major Duties and Responsibilities: + Providing timely and accurate financial information + Detailed analysis of the individual line item in monthly financials + Identifying scope for profit improvement and monitor and report progress + Liaising with banks for daily management + Compliance with applicable laws, customer contracts, and banking covenants + Evaluation and report on post capex implementation – Plan vs Actual + Preparation of monthly Flash report + Variance analysis – Plan vs Actual + Profit Improvement Projects – Identification and implementation + Liaising with bank for DWM + Timely processing of Capex / Revex and post capex evaluation + General ledger analysis + Review of audit schedules + Implement system for monitoring and reporting compliance with statutes and contracts + Liaising with auditors for smooth completion of audit/limited review + Budgetary control on fixed costs + Control capital expenditure + Review of general ledger account balances Requirements: + Degree in Finance or Accounting + Knowledge of US GAAP and banking operations + Through knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, regulations and rules + Previous work history in an SAP environment + Experience working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in auto TRS Staffing Solutions are an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome you to provide OFCCP data voluntarily here (https://fluor.surveymonkey.com/r/NQ9FX79) We are an equal opportunity employer.
