We're seeking a highly skilled **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our team!
The main responsibilities will be to process invoices, expense reports, liaise with suppliers and the logistic team, perform reconciliation activities, run/analyze AP related reports, prepare month-end accruals and IC quarterly recharges.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid** .
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Performing routine accounts payable tasks:**
+ Processing invoices in relation to iProcurement.
+ Processing invoices in relation to Freight.
+ Processing capital invoices and seeking approval from project managers before payments are made.
+ Processing employee expenses and ensuring payment made to employees before credit card payment is due from their account.
+ **Perform routine accounts receivables tasks:**
+ Sales Invoicing for non-inventory items – payroll recharged (incl. sensitive information re: board members).
+ Allocating cash receipts on AR and resolving issues regarding unpaid sales invoices.
+ **Prepare and analyze financial reports:**
+ Weekly PO reports from iProcurement to department managers for cost control purposes.
+ Monthly Intrastat Reporting for VAT purposes - Arrivals and Dispatches.
+ Royalty provision, reporting and payment.
+ Assisting with month end close activities – PO accrual, Freight accrual.
+ **Responsible for various ad hoc analysis.**
**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics.
+ 3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Experience working in a multinational company.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Proficient in Excel.
+ Outstanding teammate.
+ Proficient in English.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Familiarity with Oracle or SAP.
+ Familiarity with Esker.
